Did anyone see that programme where they filmed a sex change op? It was one of the most painful things to watch (for us guys). The doc took a knife to the blokes cock........skinned it and cut away all the meat apart from the helmet and the urinary duct. Then she turned the whole thing inside out and made it into a fanny.
To have that done to me I would have to really really really want to be a woman.
