he means the link in your sig, supposedly listing sponsors you promote, mentioning GUBA with a ref link.
ok yea, but for 1, i'm not pushing guba on this board, and for 2, to be honest with you i never really followed the guba threads, i have 2 links up 1 tiny link on front page of teenqueens.net and one on my webmasters page......never really made too many sales with them, but what is the deal with them? why are you against them? give me good reason and i'll eventually pull links if i agree

ad 2 - you had reasons listed by other people than me already. additionally a quick search on *** reveals more info than i could type out in hours.
been arguing against making money by selling access to content one doesn't have the rights to sell (read: stolen content) since months.
there is so much info about GUBA now, if anyone still doesn't see through this, no reasonable argument will go through to them.

Guba = Stolen content.
from what i understand they dont directly sell the content, the sell the usenet search function / categorizing usenet in an easy surfer friendly format.......but either way i dont agree with what it is promoting, and that it is bad for the long term online adult internet promoters.
links will be gone after i finish getting 1st check (might as well make them pay me out since 2 more sales will get me over the minimum for them to send me a check, otherwise they would get to keep my $)

They save it to their servers and remove any copyrights from images, if that's not directly selling content I'm not sure what is.
Bet the other sponsors on that list will be overjoyed to see that you are listing Guba alongside them as well.

BUT, i did send them traffic that i earned and earned sales from, i would much rather put that money no matter what amount in my pocket rather then for them to keep it, yes it's kind of a double standard but my main priority is i dont want them to keep the idle money in my account

hey man, my friend just told me good advice, i can email them to shut down my account and they can send me the amount in my account, thats probably a better suggestions/comment rather than throwing insults around dont ya think?

haha, this is funny to me, i know i'm a "new" guy to B&B and i know it's "normal" to try to scare of the noobs to any board/niche..............but i'll tell ya what, some of you guys are being totally biased for the fact that
1. i said i dont agree with content theft, and i dont agree with guba's ways (now that i know)
2. that i pulled some links to guba and still will pull the rest of my links to them
and
3. that i will email them to cash out whats in my account, so THEY dont get to keep what commission i earned

mind linking to some other threads here where it was tried to scare any 'noob' off, seeing it's so normal?
you mustn't mistake this here for a similarly coloured board geared towards hobbyists, where they are offically friendly but backstab everyone that doesn't suck up. this is a webmaster board and so far this place is rather open and upfront. truth right in one's face isn't always a comfortable experience.
you peddle access to stolen goods, you get the opinions on your actions. if that scares you off, maybe being a fence and advertising that fact wasn't that clever a move.
on a side note, if the intent of this thread had been to attack or scare off anyone right away, it wouldn't have been talking about a member in general but called that person out, without giving a chance to modify their GUBA references.
on another side note, if your sole intent of cashing out is to not let GUBA have the money made selling stolen content to your traffic, why not donate the money to a good cause? red cross, to name just one example. ;)

What a stupid thing to say and it's also quite insulting that you think any members on here would try to "scare" a new member away. The whole point of forums is to get as many members as possible so you get a good balanced board. So a handful of us join and then scare everyone else away, so all that's left is us handful. That would make a really interesting board wouldn't it.
I didn't see you being mentioned AT ALL, if you hadn't have posted I would not have known it was you with the links.
You will find many site owners here who shoot their own content so anyone or anything promoting content theft is not going to go down too well.
This is a ridiculously friendly, useful board. I have never seen a n00b scared off or be treated with hostility.
Your error was to try and justify your activity.
If you had simply said, 'thanks, I'll remove the link and close my account' we would have thought better of you.

when i agreed with everyone about guba immediately after i heard the information more thoroughly.....i said i'd remove the links, and i said i didnt want them taking the money in my account, i can give a shit less about that money, it's only 60bucks, i'm just saying i'd rather it be out of real content thiefs hands so i will request a check for that remaining amount in my account.........
