I was just reading the other thread about billing for UK surfers and was wondering how you actually set up a second processor, such as Paycom EU.

As a bit of background I have a single site for which I use CCBill. I switched to them after Glo Bill went down and have always been a bit concerned about 'all my eggs in one basket' situation. All my affiliates join up via CCBill and I have Strongbox protecting the passwords etc.

I guess the questions Im most interested to know are who installes any scripts necessary scripts (i.e. do Paycom do it ?), how does it affect my current password folders and Strongbox and how does it affect current affiliates i.e. do I build an identical tour that Paycom affiliates would send traffic to and get credit for sign ups from

You just get Paycom to do the setup. Its as easy as that.

Thanks for that info - what about my current affiliates - do I just offer them the chance to sign up with Paycom and they use paycoms codes ?

If you want to use both Paycom and CCBill and keep your present affiliates you will need a cascading solution like MP3a or NATS

Or you could just build a tour for your Affiliates that leads to surfers only signing up with CCBill?

Some sites I've seen also offer Affiliates a choice - tour 1) CCBill sign ups only and tour 2) Paycom sign ups only.

It took Paul a while to use the right details but he got there in the end.. LOL.

As it happens, since I launched Paycom last June.. I've only seen one CCBill denial go through them... I see ccboll denials but no pick up by any other processor.

We ran a similar test at the beginning of the year and found exactly the same thing.

Ive seen no denials picked up by paycom also. Offering ccbill and paycom side by side has deffinetly increased conversions though. About 80% of the signups through paycom are from UK surfers so I guess offering the debit card option works well.

My only grumble with paycom is they need there backend reporting updating id like to be able to do more like you can with ccbill. Other than that I am really pleased I added them:)

Good point.
