Has anyone had any experince with mobile phone billing and Adult WAP services?
Does it add anything to your processing?
Has anyone been contacted by a company called Fun to Go?
I must admit, I cant see it adding very much. Who on earth browses web pages on their mobile?
Maybe I am wrong.....interested in your thoughts and opinions.

I was chatting to a well known Adult DVD maker (I will not say his name) and he told me that he spent a LOT of cash setting up such a service. He made nothing. He was a bit pissed off about it.
I watched a TV show recently. They said that at the moment that non of the UK phone firms that use 3g have given full access to the net. It is possible to get one or two phones to access it, if your clever. So as yet, 3g is still a long way off for any service.
And as you say, will people use 3g for porn? I am not sure. I suspect that such as poker would be more popular.
But as for billing, its a shame ccbill do not use switch or solo, which in deed would be a breakthrough. But the problem with those cards is that you can easily get them before your 18. In fact I think I had a solo card when I was 14, and not many shops took it. I used it all the time to buy singles and records.
SMS reverse billing is something I looked into a few years ago, unfortunately I couldn't find any that would or could do what I wanted.
Now I'm sure it would be a lot easier. The idea was to have a text number that they have to send to £1.50 or whatever. You send them a Username and Password for your site. Their login info is only good for an hour, 2 hours, a day or whatever you choose.
I'm sure it could be set up to say charge them £1.50 per day, and it will automatically charge them each day until they cancel.

you need to visit http://www.ukwebmasters.info and read about my recent experiences with textbill, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! geezer's reply at 12:26 is EXACTLY what they offer and my god it works seamlessly :) as for globalcharge, what a comedy, their stats interface is absolutely pathetic. check UKW and learn about textbill - brilliant!

hey vixens, they work from an office in london and have a team of programmers in romania - they're bloody good :) also, I merely stated that the globalcharge interface is weak compared with other billing providers, every man and his dog knows that ::: Textbill payout slightly LESS than their competitors in fact (£2.75 per £5 SMS when many others pay £2.80-£3) - so where on earth are you getting your information from? and why would any payout from a company based in cyprus be particularly unsustainable? weird.
