It depends on the pay site.

I only have upsells on one of my pay sites and these are tagetted to the site. It's amazing where and what members will spend more money on :)

well, i was guessing that selling say, other mature sites from within a MILF site would work, i just wondered what else does well

take a look at the banner above for Live Bucks. Members love cams and there cams are great, you give your members *good* free extra content with upsells, its the only cam that Ive ever added that Ive made decent money from

Imo, other paysites/cams. Then after that dvd's, pills and shit and casino last. :)

We have a few penis pill banners in our members areas but we've made a big fat zero off them. I know Paul makes a mint from pill links on his sites so I'm obviously doing something wrong.

All my sales come from adverts and UK SE traffic. Its very very low though a high convertion ratios. Patches seem to get the most clicks based on banners for each of the products for some odd reason :)

Premium rate phone sex does very well for me. I find if they call from the free area, its only a couple of mins usually, but members tend to phone it quite a lot more, and for longer. I do live chat, not sure how well a recorded line would do.
