Is what?

700 unread emails in outlook and it's got beyond a joke.

What do you all use?

Paid service? Free Software? Different email client?

Have to do something .. :ninja:

you never read or answer any emails anyway, not sure why you need email at all :twocents:

Same here ... but it's got to the point I'm in danger of losing the will to live ... enough is enough

back along I'd kill the mailbox and move on, but me addy that's getting spammed the most isnt one that I want to/can sensibly delete...

The only rule in my outlook is "if Sender = "Johny Traffic" then Delete From Server" :gaylords:

Mailwasher as mentioned
http://www.mailwasher.net/

Delete those babies right off the server and stuff downloading them. Once it's set with it's rules and stuff it will mark most spam for you, but you still get to run the eagle eye over it to check you're not losing anything important.

It even has a quick reply feature, so I only tend to open outlook once a week to download the mails that I want to file away.

Yes and the great thing is if you are getting several hundred spam messages an hour you don't have to download them as you are actually dealing with them while they are still on the mail server. Saves hours every week.
