Whats there returns system like as amonst other things i ordered 6 gigabit network cards and one was heavily crushed once i opened the box?

I went to see them when I was with Nochex, they had a MASSIVE building with a hell of a lot going on, that was about two years ago maybe three.

At the time they were looking to increase the use of its xchange - an auction type service - was with Nochex then and the guy with me fucked the meeting up by asking for freebies.

was gutted took me ages to get in with the MD :-(

Ordered a Maxtor 300 gig external to replace a laptop backup a couple of weeks back at well past 8pm that evening and the HD arrived first thing the next morning just as I was walking across to the office. Best possible service.
