Ok this is my first post I have been lurking since damian showed me a pick of that matching cartoon baldy that looks identical to me!
Did you guys and gals notice that the increase in revenue also included all the GFY, Adult.com etc. that playboy bought this year? it shows you exactly how much they add to playboy.com over last years sales :P
Next years figures will be a lot more interesting as they would have had control for a year.

Noty really worried about their figures, but this made interesting reading -
Playboy also operates the Playboy and Spice television networks and distributes DVDs. It also licenses the Playboy logo and publishes its namesake magazine and almost two dozen foreign editions.
Does this mean the guys in the UK runb a franchise?

I think that is the case. Penthouse may have been the same, not sure though.

I wonder how hard it is to get a PB franchise so you can trade under their brand here in the UK........
Could have PB TV2 :)

It's a bit like Coca-Cola as well. I was surprised to learn that the coke sold around the world is actually licensed to bottlers in each area.

As they use local water, coca cola should taste different in each country too.

it does. not sure how much the local producers stretching it comes into here though.
Yup I know the coca cola or "tan" sold in Thailand tastes more like Pepsi than coke.
