CCBill Cheques

Last CCBill cheque I got said the 15th Jan in the admin and had 30th Jan printed on it.

I usually get a cheque every week... but nothing arrived this past weekend. :(

In the online checks section of the admin, I can see amounts for the 22nd Jan, 29th Jan, etc... but nothing has arrived since the first one I mentioned.

Is it lost in the post? And if so, how do I get CCBill to cancel a check and issue another one?

You phone them, they resend no probs I think they charge $30 to resend a new one

I would not worry yet. My cheques from CCBill not arrived either this weekend. There normally very good but sometimes they do arrive a few days late. I would not go cancelling cheques yet.

I've been having the same problem, no cheque as expected. My last cheque is dated exactly as yours, Urb. I've written an email to them about it, but no reply yet. I bet it's a glich.

The 15th in ccbill admin area refers to the pay week and the 30th printed on your check is the day that check (pay period 15th 2006) was printed and sent out. it takes about 5-7 days to get a check from U.S so that would have been around 5th-7th Feb you got that one.

If you look on your check you will also see pay period 15th 2006 and check date 30th 2006.

Hope that makes sense

But it does seem the latest cheques are late for most....I suppose there keeping the money in the bank a little longer for some extra interest.

My CCBill cheque arrived this morning. :)

Yes thanks... I got the one for the 22nd Jan today... with a 6th February post mark on it.
