There has been loads of time to pre-register - But, the only ones worth doing were the ones you checked first and maybe second - (Hardly worth paying out on a 5-5)
I pre-paid all the 1/2-5's I had and am hopeful of getting half of the 2's - If not, I will still get my money back.
I think eu goes live in a couple of months -
