General webmastering. To get unfinished projects done. Worth outsourcing or getting someone "real" as it were?

Stacy is a "real" doll to work with, so it might be worth banging something out to her.

I employed some friends in UK years back and I found it hard to make them do anything!
I have an outsourced guy now who does basic stuff (checking sites, encoding videos building galleries etc) he is ok a good worker but its hard to explain to him what to do sometimes so for day to day stuff I think its good but for projects I dunno maybe better to employ an outsourced team with a supervisor on a per job basis.
