With CCBill you get to see the reason for them cancelling. I was just wondering what the main reason you get.

I think the ones that say "not satisfied" just use that cos it seems like a good reason. I have had some about financial problems, "satisfied customer" is nice it makes me feel like I have helped him do his beans :Penis

Obviously I don't really take any of them seriously but wondered what is the most common reason given.

The majority of ours are satisfied customer and only wanted a trial subscription. We've had a couple of "Spouse called in about charge" though LOL

I think it's a good idea to use a form before the surfer gets to ccbill to cancel.

Sure it will not catch them all, but we catch quite a high percentage, and of course our questions are aimed at giving us more detailed info on what the member liked/didn't like and how our site compared to others etc etc etc.

Yeah that sounds good, maybe they would actually give some valid information.
So what you simply have a "cancel" link and take them to your form with another link to go to the CCBillcancel page. Do CCBill allow this?

I wonder if you could have a form and make it so they HAVE to fill it in before getting to the CCBill cancel page, I mean I wonder if CCBill would accept that.

Saying that though it's just more fucking work, I think those that cancel straight away would just fill anything in just to get pass the form anyway.

I think if it could be relied on as a way to improve your site and increase retention then it would be a good idea.
