Sounds like he *may* have a spyware problem. Somtimes adware runs in the background while browsing the net and is a drain on resources. Get him to run adaware. It's definately not anything to do with your site.

I told him to re-boot his pc if he's had it on for a long time and said that the prob was his pc not the site :)

I'm just pleased he didn't ask me to go over to his place to fix his pc for him.. LOL

I bet hes file sharing, got Kazza or something like running in the background sucking up his machines virtual memory. Im sick of going to my neighbours houses and sorting shit like this out - always the same problem people file sharing so when they log on their machine just dies on its feet.
