that silly cow i used to have sex with on a night reported me.
she complained that i posted about her on my blog
i told the copper i only used her first name
he told me that the site had been sent to there tech unit.
they said its aressable offence.
they said she did not want to charge.
silly moo
he said if i post again i could be arrested and the pc taken away.
ps
what he was saying was is if i said jerry is a boldy bonce and jerry got upset, that you can be arrested!!!!

i said that i only used her first name

to me thats balls as i did not use her nbame.

to be honest lket them take me to court - i will use it for publisity.
and i know she would not want it public.
i pointed out i have not posted about her for months.

Does this include us? I'm usually more disturbed than actual upset, but could work up some tears for the judge if I had to.

i guess so.
i put forward the augument that if the bbc news site said i got arrested, and it upset me to see it in print - then surly somone at the bbc could be arrested.
he did not answer.
i do not think they have thought the law through carfully.
or at least i suspect its used if i was harrasing her, ie posting on her facebook site and so on.
but as i clearly am not, then i fail to see they will have a case.
i think they would need to prove harrasment.
i pointed out that as i did not fully name her then it become generic, and it may be a completly made up girl. a bit like jerry has a made up girl friend.
to be honest i could not see the cps bothering, unless i pleaded guilty. plus that copper did not tell me to remove the posts. he just said do not post anymore. which to be honest i did not plan to.

I doubt it was the police. If the police were to chase down every complaint lodged with them re someone making a negative or derogatory post against another, they would be waist deep in the mess people post on social networking sites, not to mention all the flame wars and accusations people level at each other on forums, esp this one.

His phone was cut off years ago. The new meds have probably stopped working, the hallucinations are back, and he needs reassessing by a psychiatric professional.

Divvy is a 'known' nutter to the police around his neck of the woods......
But fair do's to Divvy, the cops have wasted c £10k this year on digger hire, and they still cant find where hes put them..

basicly she has had problems with somone or some people for years. she goes crying to the comunity police all the time. she has them go for cups of tea all the time.
if you remember she got me arrested last year.
i get the odd call from the comuity police from time to time.
they moaned when i put up poswters asking if anyonew had seen somone damage my van.
basicly they stick up for her as she is a girl and goes crying.
thing is she is full of crap.
she has got her ex to damage her nabours car and emailed me to lie to the police. which i did not.
but the police are not interested in the emails - only the bull she comes out with.
she is a nutter - but the police belive her.
a few months ago one of her mates posted on my facebook page saying i had asked her for a 3 some. i have not even met her mate. they are just sad pathetic loosers.
but the local comuity police belive her so what can you do.

off subject.
on thursday i am having a pre-op assesment.
its next wed for the op.
i bet i am there for only 5 mins on thursday.
have to be there for 9am.
what a pain.
it means going in rush hour traffick.
i may walk, it will be almost as quick.
saves dashing about looking for change to put in the stupid hospital meter.
plus you never know how long your in for. if i put an hours woth in, i bet i end up b4eing all day, and having to dash out to find a cash machine then get change.
but then i bet it rains.
at least with the opi get a good sleep.
i must remeber to ask if they will email me pics from the op so i can post them for you to see.
last time it was pin hole sergary. he showed me the pics, put it was just a whte blob (i think that was my bone) with red blood on it. not much to see. i pretended i understood what i was looking at as i did not want to look a twit.
