You know I am at a loss when I am going on porn webmaster boards asking for kittens..lol.

I know it is the wrong time of year to have much choice and that is proving true. Does anyone nearish London (I can do kent and perhaps essex) know anyone that has two kittens available? Even the shelters in our area don't have any and I just called every number in Loot and they are all gone. I refuse to go to a pet store. So, I am trying the networking method..lol

Breed or gender doesn't really matter much but we do want kittens so they can adjust easier to our puppy.

Thanks,
Sarah

I thought the Scottish way to dispose of kittens was via the nearest chinease restaurant.

Kittens in England are like rocking horse shit. All the cats get the snip so they are hard to find, if any come up on loot or whatever they are snapped up pretty quickly.

Anyway, it's funny cos my 4 year old said he wants a cat and I was saying to my missus tonight we should get one, if nothing else we could feed it up and use it in a stir fry.

Anyway my missus said she heard a woman at the school saying she had some, I'll get her to enquire and I'll let you know.

HEy, steady on. If we can't dip them in batter and then deep fry tme, then we give them to the Chinese. :)

Do they have to be kittens.

Many cats need a home, and are just as cute.

I think your going to find it hard to get kittens.

if we weren't getting a puppy at then end of March (she's born but not ready until then)I would get a larger cat. I spoke to our local shelter and they said a lot of their older cats have had issues with dogs in the past.

My cat that I had for ten years (and who was rescue) died in November and I am missing having a cat. Nearly every cat I have ever had as been a rescue cat of some sort and of a variety of ages. After a death of one I liked the idea of starting a fresh but they don't have to be tiny three month old kittens. I may just have to wait until later in the year which will be fine if in the end we get the ones that are best for us. Try looking for a cat online and all you get are pure breeds for £500 a pop....we just want a good old fashioned moggie. Looks like it is the wrong time of the year and there will be more in the spring.

I think my dog has a fault.

He insits on being fed, watered, and walked each day. Thats all I seem to do is get up and obey his demands.

I wake up and he is sat with his lead in his mouth.

kittens suck big time, cute for a bit then they grow up and want nothing more to do with you.

My sister is in Watford her cat keeps dropping them, she needs to give hers the snip. Like the others said as soon as born they go.

Rant Number 1:

Broke a rule by organising a shoot on a Friday....Arrived at the station 40 mins away, on the way to shoot, to pick model up Car loaded with gear, lunch bought for all, all ready to go.......organised props etc...the lot.
Train came and went tried to call...........yep you guessed it rang out... So just home now and half a day wasted, Not to mention the inconvienience to the very nice guys where we were shooting for the day

Why do all models who have a shoot in the week go and get shit faced on a thursday night......

Rant Number 2:

Fucking estate agents......
Had house valued just before Christmas as getting itchy feet and need more space....valuation 1 £250-275,000.
Decided last week to do something about it and got a few agents round...
One said £350,000 !!!!!!!

scumbags trying to inflate the already inflated housing market.... House prices in Cambridge have actually dropped by 8% in a month according to the local rag..

Had that with estate agents too, I have a flat rented out in Leeds, had three estimates

- 100K

- 120K

- 130K

Basically I learnt they really were saying what I wanted to hear just get you on their books. They were crap could sell a thing between them, they were advertising in an area where people don't buy they get allocated council houses!

The property is rented now, when we sell I will do it myself and hire some one to show the punters round.
