Does anyone else use it?

We've had it since before Xmas but not started to fully use it til the last couple of weeks. I'm currently trying to prepare a new site with it but problems keep cropping up.

Just got this reply from their support regarding a problem with adding videos:

Thanks for contacting us. The error that you are receiving is due to the fact that when I fixed the issue relating to the thumbnails and update pics of the galleries I used a production version of Sd and therefore it had some functions that yours does not have and hence the error. However this particular error holds no damage to your video files nor the thumbs so it represents no issue to them. Please understand that while I can attempt to fix it I may add other functions to it and therefore cause other errors, the new update release should be coming out next week at which time when you apply the new changes this error should dissapear.

So are they saying it's not a finished product? Any of you guys having similar issues with it?

Sounds a bit pants & pretty much backs up my decision not to upgrade to v3 as mentioned in another thread here.

We are going to give Mansion MAS a go I think. Just keep hearing so many bad things about Sitedepth.

you seem to have issues that other people don't have an i think it is specific to your install all of the servers are different and sometimes stuff that works on someone will not work on somebody elses we will look it over today and fix all of your issues, but you already know that cause i am talking to you on msn :)
