As you might remember I recently decided to change hosts & move some sites to Webair.
So far Webair have been really bloody good,they took care of the whole transfer which wasn't straight forward owing to previous host arrangements.
Their customer service has been very fast to respond including one of their tech guys replying to messages over 2 weekends & the same tech guy really trying to help with my Toplist & get it fully sorted mostly from probs that were within prior to the change.
(Worth a mention to Jeremy of JMB who ultimately fixed the toplistx issues for me)
Its early days for me & Webair but so far I like the service & the efficency & would recommend them....Incidently, I'm only on a Virtual account, they really have gone the extra mile.
Anyway, just thought it a change to mention a very positive experience :)
