Ok they say its never to early to start but how do I start it?
I dont really fancy paying for banners and links etc, but do I find the "target audince" to submit my link to sort of thing...obviously paying for my link on a site is the main way to go but I just dont know how to go about it and costs etc..
Some of you marketing geniuses need to give me some hints... :eyebrows:
If it were me I'd just spam on webmaster boards :) Specifically going after ones with paysite owners...here, JBM, GFY just for the exposure. Maybe add yourself to the resources section of Xbiz and YNOT, etc.
FWIW, one of the content brokers...I believe Photorama, has some sort of system where you can sell your stories through them and you give them a cut.
If you wanted to be slick about this, you could approach content providers for a banner spot or something...that would be the ideal place to advertise, IMO...not sure where else you really get a captive audience of paysite owners...as affiliates really aren't the people buying your stories.
Also magazines like Klixxx, AVN Online, Xbiz...in the future, maybe have an ad designed and buy a spot there either in the print or online editions...
Something to think about also for extra $ is writing blog posts for people...webmasters are lazy and all that :)
