It is with great regret and apprehension that I must inform you all that ArikaAmes.com must be shut down, by court order. On January 12th, 2006, I was ordered by a judge to shut the site down as soon as possible. When asked how long it would take to do this as painlessly and efficiently as possible, I suggested 30-45 days. I did explain to the court that it is not as easy as just pulling the site or join page down, but that each one of you needed to be contacted and allowed sufficient time to make any adjustments to your websites or networks. The court recognized my plea and allowed the time asked for to cease and desist operations involving ArikaAmes.com/Arika, Inc. and Twisted Data, LLC.

It usually means that the site wasn’t making enough money to get over the bad feeling of still working together. If the site were making two or three million a year most couples usually come to an agreement in moments to keep a site running.
