View Full Version : Yikes Scarey
Someone on a BDSM web board just pointed out something very scarey to me. Person or persons unknown are going round BDSM chatrooms and message boards and approaching young sub women telling them they work for Shadowslaves. They're trying to arrange "auditions" for them, telling them they'll be working for us.
Obviously these people are nothing to do with us, and I'm really worried that sooner or later someone will be taken in by them and potential meet up with a psycho - thinking they're meeting up with us.
I've put a warning up on our main page - is there anything else I can do?

Tell the police? Might be a tough one to explain though.
Or maybe pose as an interested submissive and arrange a meet yourself, and take a carload of mates to put them off a bit.

Never Ever get Police involved in what you do
but definatly do the second thing I have a carload of mates if you need them
You can’t be responsible for everyone and the web is jam packed with weirdo’s and nutcases.
I would agree with xcite and sgs. there are alot of nutters doing the same thing. I wouldnt get involved with the police.
But it might be worth hitting these forums saying its nothing to do with you and if anyone sees it on a forum please post as such. Word will get round I'm sure

I am not sure.
I think I would take legal advise on this. If it was me I would report it to the police, and then tell others to forward emails or posts on to them.
I would also sugest contacting this person, arange to meet up saying your a model, and arange the police to meet him.

Sorry to hear that Rosie. Yeah, carload of mates - am sure you could round up enough from this forum alone!
I would make some kind of press-release. Post it on your site. Email it to your members, email it to as many owners of BDSM communities as you can find asking them to post it for you or make and announcement/link to your press-release and forward it to any other board owners that they know.
You've then done as much as you can to get the word out.
