So what information do we actually have to give them?

Like for instance:

"If your business is located in the European Union, please enter the Business Identification Number located on your Articles of Incorporation issued by your Country of Origin. The number must be issued by the Governing Country where your Business is physically located."

Do you have to be a registered company?

I couldn't see anything. I phoned them and the bloke said "if you go to ccbilleu.com there is an EU sign up form". I asked him what I had to put for federal ID. He said "That's for US only"
so what about the EU form then, WANKER! :p

All I had to do was give them our registered address and company registration numbers. It was totally easy!

But I'm not a registered company, we don't have to be registered over here.

of our Services Agreement to (310) 827 7960

A. Part l - pages 11, 12 and 13:

B. Part ll - all pages: and

C. Part lll - page 1

2. Fax to me a copy of the following:

A. Articles of incorporation, Articles of organization, partnership
agreement, or an equivalent organizational document for your type of
corporate entity; and

B. Passport for each principal - the number of the document, the name of
document holder and the expiration dates must be legible.

C. You will also need to complete the required Visa registration form. On
this form, you will be required to show that you have physical
address. Please complete and fax back with the other documents
pages mentioned above to (310) 827 7960; the registration form is
attached below.
