its really a how long is a piece of string....

depends mostly on your budget...

lots of templates out there but why not get your head round dreamweaver or frontpage and use one of their templates and fill it with your own stuff

might be easier in long run

Dreamweaver is worth its weight in gold. Its pretty much the industry standard tool as just as easy to use as any other HTML editor out there.

I got my first copy off ebay, I got a fully licenced version with support for £89.

The licence was a for learing purposes ie for students / people who are studying the product at home. Never had any issues with at all
