their official base is Netherlands as Cyberservices B.V. - their TOS says as an affiliate everything between Cyberservices B.V. and you is handled by german law.

however the spamming is done by the NL folks, officially.

Dont know about their spamming but I can tell you their sites suck arse. Multiple language sites and billing or not. The sites suck

know that too well. first try was setting a few FHGs up, 5 sales in a couple of days, 4 charge backs. funnily the charge backs happened AFTER the payout but were already taken care of and deducted from the paid amount.

killed everything, the one not CB'ing stayed over a year, so we decided to use their mail collector thingies, assuming a german box on a german site would collect more than an english box. as if.
