CCbill Stats

How long does it take for CCbill stats to update ! yesterday (Sunday) i got a conformation email from CCbill for a sponsor i use, normally i wouldn't check but it seemed a funny amount ! Single $59.95

Been over to CCbill stats and checked today with that sponsor, but no transactions are showing for yesterday for that sponsor ?

I would have thought since i had email conformation it would have showed up in the stats ? Any idea's

I may be wrong, but somethings like checks and phone transactions can be in miles away from the confirmation.

I've seen this once before also. It took a couple of hours to show on the stats.

The stats should not be delayed by more then a half hour or so. We would be happy to look into this for you.

Ok i just checked again and no sign of any transactions for that affiliate. Just sent an email with all the details and copy of the CCbill refer email i received yesterday

I get sales emails from 3 months back for an affiliate sale. I was told that this was for a telcom sale and they show when the money goes through

LoL I've ended up even more confused. Now showing transactions for that sponsor 8 Jan Single $29.99, no sign of the $59.99 transaction ?

Also sponsors that converted yesterday are showing in CCbill stats but no email notification ? Joe you might be right maybe they only show after the money goes through ? if that's the case its still a mystery for the $59.99 as i received an email referral notice ? so it must have gone through and it clearly states that the referred sale was made on the 8 January 2006

Just a long shot here - it's not from referred transactions is it. I have never had one so I don't know if they show up in the main stats as well as the referred bit????

Yeah that is what I was meaning. I have never put up a webmaster referrer link but I have a whole list of "Referred Affiliates". They must be in a lot of the templates already.

I see you got it fathomed out though, sometimes the baltantly obvious can pass us by eh? :)
