Sterling Cash - The sales were pretty good with IBW converting and GDJ doing good for me too. They were pretty helpful in the first half of the year too and delivered two new sites. As much as I hate to say it right now they were by far the best retainer and rebiller ratio.

Their migration from ccbill via some bag of bolts to NATS was a complete disaster from an affiliates point of view. I lost all my second tier and the codes from CCBill were not imported.

During these migrations hundreds of dollas just dropped off my stats and the only reason I got paid was that the previous day Dave had seen the numbers - it didnt stop them coming back to me with an offer in the first instance as apposed to paying the full amount. Needless to say Dave was true to his word and paid up.

Everything was running well they they changed the tour for GDWJ and I have never sold a ticket since for her site though I am advised sales and convertions are better overall so maybe its just me.

To help boost their sales Sterling Cash in their wisdom have added SMS billing as an option, yet again the technology sucks and nothing is being tracked, its cost me money and as we enter week six of this issue they have not resovled a dam thing. Poor sales tracking seems to be what these guys have master the fine art of over the past year.

The affiliate are needs about 3 hours work to finish it off propley but its never been done considering there are three of them I am rather shocked that simple things like gallery descriptions have not been added. Why go to all the trouble of moving to Nats to get all these features and not use???

I don't think you will be trading in 12 months if things are as bad this year with cock ups as they were in 2005 - You never seem to have a rep online during business hours and never follow anything through.

Your pages don't reflect the truth about your programme, your planing is awful you have now run out of USD checks to send out. You are I'm sorry to say the Britus Empire of programmes.

Do your selves a favour - go to work and log on and talk to your affiliates, go join a programme and learn how they communicate - you promor tools need to be updated as do your sites.

Right now you are static programme, theres nothing dynamic going on and you guys are never online to talk to. You are fast becoming like Nochex, hiding behind emails and not offering live support but with all the news houses and cars being bought I understand.....

Let me address your concerns here Paul as best I can.

All the first & second tier referrals from CCBill are still intact in CCBill, as are all the old affiliate codes, so you are still earning off them. We had the option of simply turning off the CCBill referrals after moving to NATS, but decided not to do so for the sake of our affiliates. No other program who performed a move from CCBill to NATS had a simple solution to this, and we went to very greath lengths to come up with the best option that we could.

We were assured by both NATS and our SMS biller that the tracking would work correctly, but this has not been the case as yet. I am working with both companies to try and resolve things, and the SMS option has been disabled on affiliate tours. Before Christmas some updates were made to our NATS installation which went partway to solving the problem, but the re-imported stats still don't show the correct values for SMS sales. The tech guy from our SMS biller has been away in Vegas and will be back in the office to look at the problem for us on Wednesday, as I told you in the email I sent you last night.

As with the previous stats fuck-up, all the sales data exists, and as soon as it has been integrated correctly into our NATS system we will make the necessary payments to our affiliates.

One of us is online nearly all the time. I'm logged into either MSN or ICQ virtually 24/7 and if I'm not around you can always leave a message or email me, or phone me. When you leave me messages Paul I always get back to you.

I appreciate you have some concerns, and we share them. Unfortunately not everything can be fixed immediately, but hopefully you trust us to get there in the end. We did have a problematic 2005 in some ways, and we've learned a lot from that - 2006 will run far more smoothly for us and our affiliates.

I think you have missed the point a bit. No one said you should post about it. What we are saying is why are you still promoting them?

You chose to move from CCBill to Nats. Anything less than paying your affiliates for the traffic they sent, when they signed up thinking you was a CCBill program would be theft.

As 2006 SMS is not any use to me and prob other people will feel the same, I as an affiliate only look for CC sales, not trials, dialers or Chqs. You have the know how and the ability with nats to at the very least give affiliates the option to opt out of SMS billing.

Wanna know why this all really piss's me off Dave? Well its like this I started with you from day one and got my pages to point where I was good money. It was growning week in week out and due to you 'iffy 2005' your programme now gives me the odd bluebird sale.

I want it working, back and more support from you as a business - I want you to get an affiliate manager who checks in and ask's if I need anything. At the moment you don't do that, you did at the start though now the only time I ever hear from any one is by posting.

Aaron is a cleaver and skilled bloke - put him working on your affilate area for 1 day and he will fix all the bugs and get the descriptions added and take all the stuff off that you dont do now. Might be a really nice thought if you also mentioned the SMS and the payout percentage, to date this has STILL to be confirmed.

I joined 50/50 rev share programme that offer webmaster support and resources. I agree to generate and send you traffic and you guys give me what I need or do what you can to convert it. - pretty basic stuff really.

I don't want excuses about technical screw ups, you should test, test again then test again to see where the issues are. What I would do if I were you right now is put you old tour back up with out the SMS mention and leave that way till Nats, TXT & yourselves fixed a problem.

But Paul does similar stuff to me (only I of course do it alot better ;) ) and when you build stuff for a sponsor or program, the idea is that its there for ever. Bringing you an income for years to come. If Pauls has spent time and money on domains etc then I can see why he would want it sorted.

Point taken about testing. The SMS is not a billing option right now and won't return until we're 100% sure it works. In the meantime we will keep on working with NATS & TxtNation to put things right and get your stats showing the correct figures. I will have more news about that on Wednesday.

Luckily, NATS were able to translate ES codes into NATS codes, and we left the CCBill tours up, so basically if you're sending us traffic from old galleries etc, you're still getting credited for sales on them, either through NATS or CCBill.

So yes, people who signed up with us under CCBill can still promote the old sites, although we only offer tools and content via NATS.

To my knowledge, it was only Paul who referred anyone. And as I said before, the CCBill program is still there and paying out on sales and referrals, so nobody has lost out.

A month later he posted on another forum that I was skimming.... The dumb arse hadn't changed his sign up page and by then the affiliate tour had been up over three weeks... And it took him a long while after that episode to use the correct CCBill page.. DUH.

While he was flaming me, FFS posted in my support.. The dumb Nonuts then accused me of having two id's and that FFS was me... DUH.

Since then I treat him with the contempt he deserves... He's just an old woman who likes to moan in public, when talking privately would gain him a lot more... LOL

If you must know - my mother and father split, the following day my sisters long term boyfriend was killed in a car crash while the people who caused the crash walked away unharmed. when we returned from his funeral my father received a call to say his dad had died.

there you have it - all of this resulted in my father & sister basically given up the will to live, we lost our home and pretty much everything else around us.

I had no choice as finding anything in London was impossible councils were filling jobs with non whites as part of the new PC / Equal opps and ended up in leeds in dos house hence pallets for a bed.

You and others wonder why I am agressive and fight well you know now, its taken me nearly 14 years to get back to some sort of standard of life, never taken benefits or any handouts.

In case you are wondering my sister has never quite recovered, my father is a shadow of the man he was and has spent the past few year caring for our uncle - who was disabled - he needed to bathed, fed and lifted in and out of bed my Uncle Patric died 12 months ago now and my nan (his mum) who is registered blind & def.

My mum lives in a tower block on the top floor and spends most of her money effort and time on helping the poor in India, mainly the children at Mother Tereasa Home. She too also works for a blind lady who lectures at Leeds Uni as well working in shop.
