I have startyed to as James Whale is on it (at 4pm), but Ann Widdecombe is doing the morning show for a few days. She is just hysterical.

put the arial up high.

i find that i cannot get it in the garden, but can in my bedroom.

but you can listen on-line.

in fact they do a podcast so thats even better.

I came accross the station by checking out the station on dab.

i got a cheap dab thats portable (its a bit big though) so i can listen to it in the car.

though i spotted in tesco a small sony dab portable yesterday. i would have got that if i had known. i got a dab in tesco's near my mate a few weeks ago.

but i love bbc 7 and missed the shows when i was driving. plus i got fed up of listening to talksport on mw.

but its also nice to have the radio in the garden.

as i say they podcast the shows. not sure if they are in full. i may download them and see what they are like.

but that radio station does seem to have some top presenters. they have (i belive) the ex mayor of london.

but make sure your arial is up high and it may help to be in a bedroom (top floor). but i get it in leeds and when i was in the car, i got it from leeds to birmingham (via m62).

i think she worked as a reporter for a paper (or still does).

James whale is not bad. but with it 4pm he cannot be rude.

i wish you could have heard him years ago on radio air when he was very very rude. i used to listen till 1am (i was about 14). I was always late for school. he had a great record out 'Bimbo'.

lol yeah she's great - and only one of a handful of politicians who was not embroiled in the expense claims saga since she kept hers to a minumum. Quite like other other James whom she is currently replacing...
