Anyone using sitedepth to mange yer members areas? If so - have you upgraded to their new/most recent version?

Read on other boards that their support has gone to shit ... anyone got info?

What other CMS's are available now that offer everything that sitedepth can/could do (ie schedule updates and actually build your paysites innards)?

:)

Whats wrong with doing it yourself?

You have got to edit each picture in photoshop in my opinion, making a gallery and uploading it is a two second job

We got the Sitedepth v3 upgrade, just getting to grips with it now. Seems to be much improved over v2 anyway.

Their support was really crap for a while but the guy who used to deal with it has left and they have someone else in now. Support is by an email ticket system, and we usually get a reply within 24 hours.

Cheers. v2 I found to be pretty wanky in the end .. v3 seems to address most of the wankiness - almost like v2 was a beta release. Kinda begrudge paying for v3 for that reason ...

Good to hear their support is better tho, will give it a whirl :crown:
