Here's a bit of a strange one for you. My forums have developed a weird bug after an update. Some of the avatars have changed. They look like jpg files but when you visit them, you either get a broken image or just the path to the image displayed in your browser. I've never come across anything like this before, so it's got me a bit stumped.

Any ideas anyone?

I'm glad too.

I didn't know what it was either, and didn't post because of that too. So maybe our differences aren't as big as we thought Gman?

Anyone else not post because they didn't know the answer?

Yep, and I thought of pinging the site too, and running a tracert and checking whois, but I was still stumped, so didn't post.

I was going to get this guy here to ping:

But he wouldn't have been able to help anyway.

I only just saw this so didn't post earlier but now I see you have sorted it which is good because I had no clue what the problem was so I wouldn't have posted anyway.

Also I hear a click rather than a ping...I hope that helps

I didn't really know what this was either. Which is why I didn't post.

I know most people would have been wondering why I didn't post, since normally I know all the answers to things like that. But if I don't post, you can rest assured I haven't got a fucking clue what the answer might be.

Nice to see nothing changed at BnB - lol

For the record, if you don't specify the file correctly when getting the GD to do something to it, it outputs a directory listing in weird arse code and outputs in as a jpg.

So, if you ever see a broken image that you can open in notepad and contains a shed load of file names, your GD's fucked!

Thanks for the morale support :)
