i heard an interesting thing, which sugested the landing was real but they faked the footage as they say they could not broadcast it due to the signal not being able to get to earth.

things that sugest the footage is not real is that the film of the lading vanashed and all the footage you see is recorded from the tv.

but regardless if you think its faked or not, there is nothing more fun than telling people 50 or older that it was fake as it realy devistates them.

anyway 40 years ago today they 'suposed' to have landed.

Which isn't quite the same as saying that the moon landings never happened.

There is no moon, it's all done with mirrors.

According to Genesis: "And God made the two great lights, the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night; he made the stars also."

I think that's pretty conclusive.

The thing that always sticks in my mind about this is that they filmed a USA flag on a pole that they stuck in the Moon, said flag waved about like you would normally expect, but there's a problem, there's no atmosphere on the Moon so why would the flag be flapping around ?

These "theories" have been going around for donkeys...

You can tell Apollo was faked because ... the American flag appears to be flapping as if "in a breeze" in videos and photographs supposedly taken from the airless lunar surface.

The fact of the matter is ... "the video you see where the flag's moving is because the astronaut just placed it there, and the inertia from when they let go kept it moving," said spaceflight historian Roger Launius, of the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C.

Apparently, NASA can't go to the moon any more because Michael Jackson bought it and is living there with Elvis.

It was excellent on toast after the rockets had melted it; so said the Russians who were already there but too out of it on vodka to pitch their own flag up.

There is an atmosphere on the moon; it's just very, very thin (Does the moon have an atmosphere? (http://www.astronomycafe.net/qadir/q652.html) and this wiki article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmosphere_of_the_Moon))

i heard an interesting thing, which sugested the landing was real but they faked the footage as they say they could not broadcast it due to the signal not being able to get to earth.

I heard the same thing on TalkSport. The way it was explained it sounded very plausible. Given the U.S.A's track record for being liberal with the truth...
