We use Mailwasher Pro on everything here btw and I much prefer it to anything else.

I think it is.

But it isn't free.

I was hoping someone had some trick or tips.

Use Qurb here.... simple, but not free... doesnt cut out spam, but makes it easier to handle..

Im always worried using things like spam arrest that stuff thats automated that I have forgoten about doesnt get through. Especially domain updates etc. I have 100's at loads of places Ive forgoten most of them. I just get reminded when they mail me. Also with other scripts and stuff

Blue Security looks like a good solution. It is free and it is not software. Basically it is a do-not-email list for spammers. You sign up and if you get spam you can report the spammers. I am going to give this a go first.
