I have been waiting to get my account approved with CCBill for quite some time now. I sent a copy of my passport and a CC statement, that I was told would be fine, then I was told my passport was accepted but not the CC statement. I said I could send a Birth Certificate but that wasn't good enough, they wanted another photo ID. I applied for a photo Driving License cos I only had a paper one and sent that off.
I was then told that my passport won't be accepted cos I had blacked out the passport number, even though I had been told it was accepted. I pointed out that I had also blacked out my driving license number due to identity theft.
I received an E-mail telling my account was approved and funds would be sent out on the next pay date.
I just got another E-mail telling me my account is back on hold because the numbers are blacked out, even though both still show my photo, my D.O.B, my place of birth and address.
It seems like their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing.
I got a fucking mortgage easier than I got accepted for a CCBill account, they don't seem to know what their own policy is, one mail says accepted and the next says no.
Sort it out CCBill, you might be a tad paranoid since the twin towers thing but for fuck sake. How about me feeling uncertain about giving you all my details so anyone can steal my identitiy????
Oh, by the way, any affiliates it won't affect you, you will still be paid as normal :)
