The cookie thing isn't working for me I'm afraid.

I click an affiliate link and cookie is set and everything is CCBill as it's supposed to be.

But if I then come straight back in through the root of the domain all the join pages have Epoch as the primary :(

We moved servers recently and it looks like the IT guys have forgotton to add the cookie to the landing page of the tour. If you click through to the join page from that tour page it does then work.

Thanks for discovering this. The IT guys are going to fix it straight away, so landing on that tour page will result in surfer only seeing CCBill sign-up option.
