So what's everyone doing tomorrow to celebrate the New Year ? my wife always books us into some Hotel so we can spend the evening with a bunch of fucking strangers. I guess it beats shaking hands with a bunch of cunts you know lol

Hopefully it won't be like I spent the last one. It was the most drunk I've ever been and falling down a hill (involuntarily) was the activity of choice.

Just one bottle of Cristal in the fridge and a quiet night here with Mrs SGS. The two little ones far too young to stay up to celebrate with us. :)

I hate new years eve. Its the only night of the year I dont go out or drink. Hopefully I'll be asleep by 9pm, if I'm not then Im gonna listen to Ricky Gervais on Radio 2 http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/events/festivehighlights/gervais/

If you find yourself at a loose end. Its well worth a listen

To me New Years Eve is about family, looking to the future and making plans for the year ahead.
