Let's have a POLL.
If you had your choice of joining a program:
1) CCBill only payout? This would be the only transaction processor. Payout to affiliate via CCBill.
2) Nats, with CCBill on the Cascade, but payment via the program.
3) Nats program, that offered CCBill payouts for CCBill transaction, but if the transaction failed via CCBill and another biller ran the transaction, the program would pay out.
4) None of the above.
