now the rules let you change what you class as a second home and you can change this as often as you want.

so she did up one flat, then got another and said that was the second home, then another flat and so on. within a year she had 4 flats.

The skuzzy eliment in the U.K feel it is better to try and bring everyone down to their level, instead of trying to rise up to their level.

We have had it all so far this year making the news, ex bank managers pensions, people working in finance, people who earn over 150k, mp's claiming for toilet seats and bar-b-que sets.

I have no idea, about what the stats for the average wage is, but my bet is they are in the top 10% of earners in the country?
