I don't know what you mean by 2G or 4G... Please explain.
The prices listed here have nothing to do with the registration or renewal fees from the registrars. Those are just my asking prices to sell them to any interested buyers. Once sold and pushed to the buyers account with a given registrar, you will have to renew the domain before it expires (which normally shouldn't be more than $8-10/year)

And, by the way, as mentioned, there are no sites included.
