Only dealt with Verotel for a short time and have always said since, that they are a theiving bunch of amateurs -

Ok - Here goes -
I used them as back up for a couple of day for my programme -
Went to check the stats and it didn't work - (I knew the first 2 days showed about 1200$)
I wrote to them using their suggestions under their tos - Used the same email address when I signed and also sent in the last 4 numbers of my cc (which you have to give when signing) and asked for a check on my password as it wasn't working.
I was told that I could not prove I was ME this way - I wrote back saying I am following your tos.
The answer was the same - I was then told to give the passwrd I had used to sign up with - I explained that THEY set that for me and It wasn't working!
This went back and forth and I had decided this was not for me - I sent them a copy of their own tos and explained I had followed them - I then got a "You fucking know all" response and that I was banned from using their services - Shortly after, I had a letter from the owner saying the writer was a new member of staff and he didn't fully know the proceedure of deeling with things -

Fine - Don't ever out a person in charge who doesn't know what he is doing -
2) If you realise somebody has fucked up - Bend over backwards to put it right.
3) In 2 days as back cp to ccbill, I sent them over a grand in business - Surely they should have realised they were fucking with a good account?

There was a new one a while back calling themselves Merchantboss, what a bunch of wankers they are. It all looked good but then it went tits up when I asked if I could come to thier office and meet them.

Anyway since then I get a fuck off amount of porn spam to the E-mail address I used to test orders.

I looked at another, can't remember off the top of my head but they wanted silly money for chargebacks.

So who else is worth looking at, No set up fees and all that shit would be nice, just let them take a percentage per sale.

Theres no fees with ccbill you do have to send your passport or picture ID the only other option is paycom who have just expanded into europe :mad:

Personally I don't know what ccbill needs for new webmasters - I joined them the day they started (on Sypros demise) and have never given them anything.
