Lucky Escape

Would like to report something exciting like got out of the house before it burned to the ground or I spotted DVT walking down our street but he didnt spot me.... but my lucky escape was:

I was doing a defrag of my main HD on my main PC and we had a power cut when about 30% through......

It too near 30 mins to boot up this morning... but it seems ok - so a Lucky Escape..

you not got a UPS set up? here the power is always going up and down so set one up when we first moved - It will run the system for 20 minutes giving me time to close everything - well worth looking into something !
