why no pic of the day?

how come basically no sponsor which has hosted galleries as promo tools offers a pic of the day? all it takes is a pool of oversized 'thumbs' (the actual pic shown on the affiliates' page, which could be gained from all the pics used for the FHGs, and a lil rotator script that puts up a new pic every day which then links to the FHG. am i missing some evil detail?

Good question actually. If anyone knows a good script we will put something together as soon as we can.

they can really be plain and simple, like this one (http://www.guerillatraffic.com/picofday/facial/?ape=gt4335) - nothing fancy at all.

i also like to be given a code to implement the pic in an own layout, so i can pad it out with my own sales text. especially when the sponsor offers more than one site in the same niche, you can then have the POTD wrapped in slaes text and links/banners to all the sponsor's niche specific offers.
of course one could pull the above exmaple with a php include or an iframe and embed it in an own page as well.

is that so? my security settings don't allow pop ups at all, but i also get no warning about any being blocked?

I have pop-ups blocked but when you click out from the tour it does open a window or two. Must a geo thing if -HF isn't getting it.
