a) get back to your hotel and see you have made money without lifting a finger

b) be able to put the whole lot down as a legitimate business expense :)

Yup, 'tis good to be an adult webmaster.

This year hasn't been easy due to family illness and at one point I didn't do a stroke of work on my sites for about eight weeks. The money just kept flowing in.

After a long summer holiday the sales figures were still getting better, so I finally quit the day job after four years as a part-time webmaster. Now I do 4 - 5 hours' work a day, see loads more of the family and do a bit of voluntary work for a local outreach group. It's tempting to make plans to step up my efforts next year but life's pretty sweet at the moment, so I'm thinking it might be best to leave be and enjoy.

In fact, this job will probably kill me quicker than if I worked in the local Tesco's but I bet I pack in more fun in the shorter life span
