some kid from Pirate Bay contacted me via a Dubstep IRC channel

had a press release planned next day and wanted a temp custom header
made overnight for the site itself.. wanted various american icons in there,
obviously to rub salt into Yank Fed wounds after springing back up last time..

Well it started yesterday...

And here are live updates

http://qbathq.com/?p=46

And here are twitter posts concerning the trial, including people tweeting live from the courtroom

http://search.twitter.com/search?q=%23spectrial

"On the second day of the major file-sharing trial, Pirate Bay supporters are hailing a partial victory.
Prosecuter Håkan Roswall has decided not to press on with the charge of aiding the copying of material but to soften it to simply reproducing torrent files.
Defence lawyer Per E Samuelson says that this development is amazing - and that this means that the defence has already achieved half their aims"

Good luck to them I say, nine times out of ten if I see a decent film on torrent I'll catch it at the cinema as well...

The problem with fully live updates is that it's as boring as actually sitting in court waiting for something to happen.

I'll catch up on the evening news, if anything has actually happened by then.
