Fuck, I'm obsessed with LOST. This hasn't happened to me since I first saw The X-Files.

So who's with me?

yep me too, every week i cant take it till the next week when the end comes and I feel like finding a Lost season 1 torrent download, Havent done it yet though but I missed a few episodes, so if I havent got a Thoughtful Box set Christmas present, I think I wll just be naughty, wonder what season 2s like

I hardly watch any TV at all but I caught one episode and rented the whole first season soon after. I've downloaded the second season up until current and now I'm iching for the next episode. Other than for the weather or news, this is the only show I turn my television on for.

I'm with you, but its taking far too long to watch on channel 4 so I ordered the whole season 1 DVD boxset from amazon america lol and it hasnt arrived yet waaaaah!!!

I never fancied it from the trailers so I have never bothered.

It all sounds like a load of bollocks to me, the Yanks still don't know what it's all about, although they are yanks :)

What I mean though is it just goes on and on, when will you find out what is actually happening?, in the final episode ten years from now?

Yup, each episode usually raises more questions than it answers and you're left dying to know what the fuck is going on. It's a masterwork of plotting & suspense.

I may have to have that myself. I've downloaded all of season 1 and just getting the last few of season 2, but there's like a 6 week wait for episode 10 and I just know it's gonna hurt!

Season 2 isn't on in the UK til August so I hear. And I also heard there are 5 series planned. Ouch.

Mrs SGS loves it and we have a whole fucking list of episodes on the Tivo. She just spotted them after we moved house just before I had a chance to wipe them. :mad:

Christ I hope not. At least with Tripods you could go read the books to find out how it ended (they make hot air balloons & drop explosives on the alien city dome things as far as I remember it, uhh, and there's something about getting alcohol into the alien water supply & it killing them - my memory is hazy, read it when I was about 12).

Weirdly all 3 shows you mention there have won awards. Lost got an Emmy for Best Drama - not bad for its first year :P

Haha yeah Mr Hitler was quite popular with some of the British press as well before all the, umm, unpleasantness...

I'm no great fan of so-called awards either, just trying to show you it's not inconceivable that people might consider Lost to be a quality drama show :P
