How does it work with Model release in these situations ?
Suppose you did buy it for £100k, now you could buy it subject to D’andre West signing a release which I guess he would but obviously Alex Burke isn't gonna sign one & therefore if you did put it online & started to make coinage then surely you're gonna get in the shite ?

I think it is something like that. If she does get big, or the backing from the X Factor people, Simon Cowell for example, I don't think we would ever see it legitimately.

Fair point. I guess there are people that do that with celeb stuff. A lot of what I see with celeb stufff looks dodgy, on the surface at least. There's a lot a legal stuff attached to it and an element of risk as well in some cases.
