Ok so I joined a programmed that was on CCBill around 18 months ago and started pushing their IBWF site and saw great results both in sales and retention.

With a few months we were migrated over to another platform which turned out to be a complete joke and due to the migration being fucked up we had to change tons of codes with the new ones.

While on this system we saw a ton of money drop off over night, it showed one day was gone the next, till this day no one has explained what happened.
This was resolved by Dave there as he also so the stats though not before trying to meet me half way.....I think not

We are now with Nats to be honest Im kind of through with this programme, seeing that they owners are buying cars and moving houses their business is clearly doing well. Yet Im waiting nearly three weeks for a clear answer as to monies owed for sms sales and confirmed rates.

Im STILL waiting for a link direct to a join page of the IBW Raven site despite been promiosed this on several occasions with the most recent being this summer nothing has been done about it.

Whats really pissed me off here is this and its quite simple - I promoted them as they target Credit Card holders and their retention was good. Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree here though I think the team at sterling cash need to get back downt to earth.

Guys you may hate this post though this time Im not holding back you need to fix your programme and you need to sort it quickly as its a bloody mess.

It's well and good getting new models and new content though you have so many things that are half finished and for an established affiliate programme thats really poor. STILL no descriptions for your galleries, this will take some one about 30 mins to do and will make all the difference.

When you add a new billing option you need to tell your affiliates and you really should give us the option to opt out of it, theres NOTHING anywhere other then on the home pages for the end user to join with.

I have no idea what a team of 3 - 4 people do all day though Im not seeing any benefit's as an affiliate though I am seeing a decline in sales and right now a lack of effort from SC to get their house in order.

Dave Aaron Rob - you can take this post how you like though I am sure there are other affiliates who are also earning 3 US cents per join and getting pretty pissed off with it and the lack of information provided by SC.

Im not looking for people to take sides JT I just want this resolved, I raised this with both partners nearly 3 weeks ago with the promise that it would be sorted but it has not been.

3 cents - OK currently I get paid 2 ways with SC 1 - 14.99 per join recurring which I will add always worked very well for me

the second the user can join via SMS for £5 24 hours and I get 3 US cents.

On contacting SC on numerous occasions I was told it was an error with Nats as to how the stats were shown. The solution I proposed was simple, remove sms from a version of the tour and let me aviod this option.

At this point I was told that it would be fixed or removed within days - nothing has happened, the 3 cents keep rolling in, I have no idea if the 5 joins did anything more ie are still paying per day via sms.

This is not shaving in my view just anopther bug they need to sort and they should have done it with willing testers, besides we were never bloody told of the changes nor is there anything about them in their affiliate panel explaing the T&C's / rev share.

Out of interest if somone pays by text, how does this work?

What I mean is, do each webmaster who promotes the sites, do they get a seperate text no?

From what I can tell and the information I have passed its Nats supports this service provider. its just issues with the tracking/reporting I am seeing.
