Hiya

One of the domain names I am after hasn't been renewed so far - any advice on which is the best domain snappy service to use?? Last time i used one I didn't get the domain I wanted:0(

We haven't snapped up many dropping domains. But the handful we have we used godaddy, and got every single one of them. All but one "failed" on the actual day they dropped and we got a mail from godaddy telling us they'd failed to get the domain. But the first time it happened we didn't jump to change the name and godaddy continued to monitor/attempt to get it. A few days later we suddenly got a mail from godaddy telling us they had got the domain for us.

We learnt a lesson and always leave the service running. It's never failed to grab the domain a few days later after the rush ends.

I've had OK results with godaddy's backordering ... couple of decent domains to boot as it goes.

Pool.com have caught a few good names for me, but havent used them for a while..

Obviously yer best bet is to use as many backordering services you can get your hands on and hope that one of them comes up trumps..

yeah, pervertedly godaddy seems to be rather good. and after the 60 days period you move it over to a proper registrar. :D
