I can feel seasanal depreshion kicking in

I find this time of year depresion starts to kick in.

Its with the days getting colder and darker.

this is why i think i may be better living in a different country as i find from now on i start to feel drained.

its so easy to start eating icecream and cakes wich seems to give me a boost.

i am not going to this year.

i think with all the bad news around its not helped.

in the summer i somtimes hit a strange depreshion where i am happy and sad at the same time. its dead strange.

but its when i go outside that i find it kicks in, with tyhe dark, cold and damp, and i find it all gray as the leaves are off the trees and no flowers.

i find in summer just sat outside in the sun and heat with all the plats charges me up.

but yes i keep thinking of getting one. but they are a bit costly.

if i top myself/die i want to do it in summer.

i have always thought it would be so depressing to die in the cold.

i was thinking the other day the best way would be to freefall to my death, as it would be quick but also an amazing experience.
