Seems that a judge in Saudi has said it is permissible to kill owners of satellite TV channels that broadcast immoral material.

I've emailed him to find out if IPTV is covered as well.
The BBC has a choice statement,
"But on the other hand, fighting militant Islam can be difficult when the country's top judge calls for the beheading of those he views as immoral broadcasters."
I think you'd find anything difficult without a head.
