Cool. Im back, got the case :)

The reason I posted on here, and didn't use a post it note, is simply because of this.

Ive never discussed it on the board before, but I will explain now

I actually am diagnosed as being a numerical dyslexic. In other words I suffer from numeric dyslexia. Numeric dyslexia means that I cannot comprehend numbers that are written on paper.

They are OK on a computer screen, as over time, I have learnt to recognize the most common fonts... Likewise I can type numbers on a PC Keyboard, because, again, over time, I have got used to the correct location of the numbers on the keyboard...

BUT... Get me to try and read a handwritten number, (even if I have written it myself) and your barking up the wrong tree. I simply cannot recognise them.

Therefore it was great to be able to go into the store, have the sales person pull up this board, click on my 'Note to self' post and read off the size I needed.

I know that normally they wouldn't do this, but when I explained my dyslexia problem, they were only to happy to assist :)

So I now have my new case, ready for the Dam ! Was worried I wouldn't be able to get much in it, but fair play... Its surprising just how large they allow carry-on to be these days... Times must have changed.

Anyway, looks like theres enough room to put my cameras, computer etc, and all my other delicate valuables in it, and still keep it nearby during the flight. I wouldn't want to have to check my case ! Ive seen on the 'Airport' TV shows, just how roughly the baggage handlers seem to treat the luggage that's been checked...

So... Thanks All is good :)

your printer writes rather than putting a copy of the screen on paper then. must be a local thing round your place.

Yeah, laugh at me if you want, but at least I dont just make posts consisting of random numbers and expect people to work out that its a direct numerical IP address for the BBC news website!
