But head the latest trick is to bid the last second. There is a term for it, but I forget. I know you can get softwear that will just but 2 seconds as the bid ends.

But are you not worried the tickets are fake?

At Erotica they had ticket touts outside and a sign was up saying that tickets from touts would be voide (not sure how they would know), but there were plenty of tickets on sale. Not that I had to worry as Kim from Kims Amatures was cool enough to lend me her trade pass.

I remember someone buying a Sony monitor on eBay which got drenched when a stunt dick dived into the swimming pool. :)

personally i see no reason why you shouldn't get away with it. if we are talking about the same seller, the description title said 'Xbox box' - tough tits if people are stupid enough to think anyone is giving away stuff that easily, there was a proper description text stating at least twice it was only the box.

according to several statements on GFY there have been cases like that on ebay.com (read US) where the seller had to pay the money back. if so, that'd be a typical US move again, pamper the idiots rather than demanding them to act responsibly.
