I saw an interesting promo where he says to the policeman "what part of me is indecent".

It got me thinking, that's a very good legal argument.

I wonder what the law is on being nude in public.

After all, at what point are you nude. The chat had shoes on and a back pack. So you could say he is semi naked.

I suspect that the law states that genitals must be covered.

I still wonder how safe it is (on your health) to walk in the nude in winter as he did last year in Scotland. I can understand when its warm, but not cold. And he is a skinny chap.

I was please that 99% of the people were suporting of him. Of course there were a few wankers who acused him of being a pedophile. They remind me of the old bag who tells people I am a pedofile as I do porn.

I will be honest, if I knew about him, I think I would have joined him in support. Byut must admid, I would have not entered scotland knowing there laws.

Yeah I saw this last night, I still find it strange that people find a naked man or woman offensive. They were refused food at a cafe type place and the woman said "we have children here", my 10 year old and 12 year old watched it with me and they thought t was funny. I certainly didn't feel they shouldn't watch it.

It would be totaly different if he was walking around with a Stormin Norman (hard on).

It is total bollocks because he could have worn a piece of cloth attached to some cotton, but because he wouldn't be technically naked he would be ok.
